Returns Due to Damage

At CelebrityArtPrints.com, I strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes damage can occur during shipment. If you receive an item damaged, it is important to follow our designated process to facilitate a smooth return and refund.

Upon receiving a damaged item, the first step is to report the issue directly to my contact page. I recommend that you do this as soon as possible, as timely communication is critical in processing your return. This will help us assess the situation more effectively and expedite the return process.

Once you have reported the damage and received confirmation from me, you are entitled to a full refund for the damaged item. To process your return, you will need to send the damaged item back to me. Shipping will be your responsibility. 

My commitment to customer satisfaction includes a clear timeline for processing refunds. Typically, once the damaged item is received, I will initiate the refund process. This usually takes around 14 days for the transaction to be completed. I aim to provide a seamless experience even in unfortunate situations of damage.
